As for any antique carpets or Xu's collection decorating carpets you purchased from Xu's, unconditional change or replacement can be provided if you are not satisfied with the carpets within half a year after the purchase (except for those damaged by man deliberately or carpets customized by you from Xu's). Sterilization, cleaning and maintenance services will be provided free of charge for any carpets within one year after sales. And whole life after-sales service will be provided.
